EYS provides health, fitness, nutrition, and physiotherapy coaching services. Our Services are intended for informational and coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
3 Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4 Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
5 Health Disclaimer
EYS coaches are qualified professionals, but our platform does not replace professional medical advice. Results vary by individual. We are not liable for injuries sustained during exercise programs provided through our platform when instructions are not followed correctly.
6 Intellectual Property
All content on the EYS platform — including workout plans, meal plans, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of ExYourSize (EYS) and may not be reproduced without written consent.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
9 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
