How do I create an account?
Download the EYS app and tap Sign Up on the welcome screen. Enter your name, email address, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account and you're ready to go.
I didn't receive a verification email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, you can request a new verification link at exyoursize.fit/verify-email. Make sure the email address you signed up with is correct. Still having trouble? Email us at exyoursize.fit@gmail.com.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link. The link expires after a short time, so use it promptly. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How do I enroll with a coach?
Browse available coaches from the Coaches tab. Tap a coach's profile to view their specializations and available plans. Select a plan, choose your preferred session time and days, preview your session calendar, agree to the terms, and complete your enrollment.
How do I cancel or manage my enrollment?
Your active enrollments are visible under My Sessions in the app. For changes or cancellations, please contact us at exyoursize.fit@gmail.com with your enrollment details.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to the Profile tab and tap the edit icon next to your avatar. You can update your display name, profile photo, and other personal details. Tap Save when done.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For full details, review our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email us at exyoursize.fit@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.
The app is crashing or not working as expected.
Try these steps first: (1) Force-close and reopen the app. (2) Check for an app update in the App Store. (3) Restart your device. If the issue persists, email exyoursize.fit@gmail.com with your device model, OS version, app version, and a brief description of what happened.
